order the pizza, pour the wine, stay awhile
Every good night needs a little mischief. Ours has a wolf.
Lupo Notte is Italian for "wolf night" or "night wolf," the way we say it. Lupo is our wolfishly handsome muse, the reminder that the most memorable evenings are never the ones that went entirely according to plan. He's our patron saint of fine dining, and he gave us the only philosophy this place really runs on: order the pizza, pour the wine, stay for another round.
Everything else is in service of that.
Pasta rolled by hand every morning. Dough proofed slowly and fired in a deck oven hot enough to leave the right kind of marks. Antipasti, secondi, and dolci that move with the season and with what our farmers bring in.
The bar takes Italian drinking traditions seriously: aperitivo into dinner, dinner into a digestivo, and then one more round. The wine list runs deep on small Italian producers. The cocktails lean on classic technique, with a few of our own.
The room is warm, a little dim, and built to hold a long evening. Bar seats for solo dinners. Booths for the conversations you don't want to rush.
